This company is the best. They installed a full system at my other house and knew exactly what they are doing. There service is amazing! When they installed the system at my other house they did it very neat and the system was integrated seamlessly. You couldn't see any wires or anything. Three years ago I made my first purchase from Juan and Sabrina to monitor my home. Immediately they educated me, put up with my dumb questions and made me feel like a friend. Their technical support is more valuable then their great pricing. Install equipment yourself, as I did, or let them do it . Either way they've got your back.
Hired Safecam in Jan 2024 to replace our DVR on an already installed camera system for a recently leased commercial space in Altamonte Springs. They also installed 2 new cameras for us as well. Juan was extremely easy to communicate with and got us scheduled quickly!!
Then in June 2024 I realized 2 of the cameras weren’t recording and I contacted Juan for assistance. He was not only responsive but was able to fix the issue remotely the same day!! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Safecam again for another job in the future.
